Has the smoke been an issue lately? Or are you fighting a cold? Just need a natural way to open up your airway so you can breathe better. I've had all of these issues and then some so I decided it was time to make some vapor shower melts. These shower melts are a great alternative to bath bombs if your not the bath kind of person or don't have time for one and prefer a shower. You can use different essential oils in these to meet your needs. Like Lavender for relaxing, or Wild Orange for an energizing pick me up. For this particular time I used Eucalyptus to help promote healthy respiratory function.

Mix baking soda and epsom salt together, add in water. Just enough to make it sandy not too much water or they will evaporate too fast in the shower. Then add essential oil. Pour into silicon molds. Let set for 3-4 hours. Store them in the fridge if it is hot so they don't melt before you are ready to use them. Can also freeze for 15 minutes first to harden them if you want to use them quickly. To use, just put one tab in the bottom of your shower (not in the direct stream of water) and enjoy the smell.
